Needled combination mat is a new fiberglass reinforcement for used in RTM and other closed mould production techniques. .Chopped strands are distributed evenly on and then combined with the fiberglass fabric.

Application:

This high performanc needle combination mat has been designed for wide
range processes such as: hand lay up,pultrusion,winding, GMT,RMT,VARMT,Hot+Cold
press moulding,Pressure Bag Moulding etc.
Using for example:

Automobile top ceiling, the baggage shelf,dryed clothes board,
the refrigeration steam carriage body, the chemical anticorrosion pipeline, the
high-pressured resistant insulation product, the reinforcements molding as well
as the sports equipment, the glass fiber reinforced plastic embryo ship and the
entertainment equipment etc.

PACKING:
Each roll covered by polyethylene plastic bag,then placed into cardboard box.Cardbox size as below:

STORAGE:
Product shall be placed under dryness condition and shall no be open the covering membrane until applying.
