The geotexitle is manufactured for separation,reinforcement,drainage,filtration in hydraulic,roadway and railway engineering.

1. High-strength slit film yarn geotextile are woven with heavy monofilament yarn(warp) and meshy slit film yarn (weft) for water weaving. Because of the property in high-tensile strength ,high puncture strength ,lower elongation and hydraulic characteristics of quality,they are commonly used in a large number of roads,railways,mudflat,slope ,seawall and road soft ground reinforcement projects,and play a great role in reinforcement ,segregation,filteration ,drainage.

2. Buliding of expressways and railways is usually across the soft ground ,in order to reinforce the subgrade and improve its stability ,using TR150 woven geotextile can form a steady platform to supply the prefabricated vertical drainage installed equipment to work on it . Then ,according to the height of subgrade and the depth of soft ground, lay the TR fabrics from strength 120KN/M, 140KN/M,160KN/M to 180KN/M in the drainage layer,with that to ensure subgrade stablity and reduce the uneven settlement of substance until soft subgrade could sustain the load.

Function Introduction:

High CBR push through resistance:This characteristic makes the geotextiles to resist damage in the reinforcement of riverbed,slope protection of seashore levee,and riprap revetment of river embankment.Thus,substantial amount of sand cushion layer can be saved in the above engingeering.

Equal biaxial tensile strength: This characteristic facilitates construction seququence since the biaxial stresses of th soft ground can be distributed evenly by them as reinforcement of embankment,seashore protection,river bank protection.
